1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and rm12 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, services, and all content provided by rm12.
By accessing or using the rm12 platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as recognised under Malaysian law.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.
- Your use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the rm12 platform immediately.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
2.1 Account Registration
To access the full suite of rm12 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. rm12 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify rm12 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
2.3 User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their account comply with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt its operations, or engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity that affects other users.
3. Platform Usage Rules
By using the rm12 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Fraud & Manipulation: Using third-party software, bots, automated tools, or any other method to manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or exploit the platform's systems.
- Money Laundering: Using the rm12 platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or financial transactions that violate Malaysian law.
- System Interference: Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any code that could damage, block, or disrupt the platform's functionality.
- Impersonation: Impersonating another individual, rm12 staff, or any other entity to gain unauthorised access or benefits.
- Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to use your account, or sharing your login credentials with any party.
Rm12 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, in the event of any breach of the above terms.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
4.1 Deposits
All financial transactions on the rm12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including local internet banking and supported e-wallets. rm12 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits from time to time.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the identity verification (KYC) process as stipulated by rm12. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposit or to a method that has been verified by the account holder. rm12 reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation.
4.3 Transaction Errors
Should a technical error cause an account balance to be displayed incorrectly, rm12 reserves the right to rectify the error without prior notice. Any funds credited unintentionally as a result of a technical error shall not be considered the property of the user and must be returned.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
5.1 Liability Limits
Rm12 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform, including any loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. rm12's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
5.2 Intellectual Property
All content on the rm12 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of rm12 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written authorisation from rm12.
5.3 Account Suspension & Closure
Rm12 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or at rm12's sole discretion. Remaining funds in accounts closed due to a Terms violation may be forfeited. Users whose accounts are closed without a violation will be notified and assisted with the withdrawal of any eligible balance.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
6.1 Third-Party Links
The rm12 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. rm12 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6.2 Changes to These Terms
Rm12 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
6.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
